Motorized Pallet Flat Decoiler for High-Speed Thin-Coil Press Lines
This motorized pallet flat decoiler — also called a horizontal decoiler or pallet decoiler — is built for coil-fed stamping of thin strip. The steel coil lies flat on a pallet-style cradle and is paid out by a powered roller drive, which suits light materials that are difficult to thread through a conventional vertical mandrel. It carries up to 1,500 kg of coil and feeds strip steadily at 24 m/min, making it a practical first station for high-speed press lines running electrical parts, terminals, buttons and eyelets.

What is a pallet flat decoiler?
A pallet (or horizontal) decoiler holds the coil lying flat instead of on a vertical mandrel. Strip is pulled off the top of the coil by a powered roller drive. This layout suits thin, narrow coil that is hard to thread and keep stable on a conventional vertical decoiler.
Which coil sizes fit the FU series?

Can it feed very thin strip without jamming?
Yes. The machine is designed around 0.1–1.0 mm material. The motorized drive with Mitsubishi inverter keeps payout smooth, and flat coil orientation avoids the strip twist that thin material can suffer on vertical mandrel machines.
How is the coil loaded?
